Forces Welfare Media Team

SSVC’s Forces Welfare Media Team continues to feature the work of Cobseo and Veterans Scotland members, Armed Forces Covenant-funded projects and other initiatives that are helping to deliver the promises of the Covenant.

This week they’ve been filming in Llandudno with Blind Veterans UK and at the launch of the Covenant Alumni Group at HMS President.  In the next few days, they’ll be covering the work of Scottish Veterans’ Residences and Veterans First Point in Scotland and meeting a former serviceman who’s been helped out of homelessness by the DMWS E-FAN partnership in Manchester.

Scotland reporter Dave McCann will also be at the Cobseo Comms Clinic in Edinburgh to explain more about the team and how they can help to shine a light on the valuable work of forces charities.

You can see all the team’s videos by liking their Facebook page –  facebook.com/forceswelfaremedia and by following them on Twitter (@forceswelfare).  They also write regular web articles for the Forces TV website – www.forces.tv/topic/forces-welfare.

If you’d like to discuss how they might feature the work your charity’s doing in 2017, email the team at welfaremedia@ssvc.com.
