Haig are looking for A HR Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of human resources management within Trust. You will need to be accessible to our staff based in Morden and London Victoria, although flexible working arrangements apply. Our plans to improve our service to beneficiaries are ambitious, for which we need high calibre staff. Your role will be crucial in attracting, retaining, and developing talent while maintaining a positive and motivating work culture. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the Trust’s objectives and values. You will bring best practice to Haig, using your experience gained over a wide variety of roles to ensure we are delivering for and with our people.
