Haig Housing – IT Support Manager


Haig Housing is a charitable housing association with some 1500 properties in small estates all over the United Kingdom which it lets to ex-Servicemen and women and their families, as well as individual properties specially purchased to support those veterans injured or disabled in recent conflicts.

We are looking for an IT Support Manager to join our small, friendly team which is largely based at our Head Office in Morden, South London. You will have solid experience with computers and networks, and a degree in computer science or a related field is desirable. You will work with the Corporate team to support all users on the Trust’s IT and telecommunications systems, ensure robust and effective systems are in place, manage and review IT policies and procedures, support and develop reports from the management software systems and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Haig offers a 35 hour working week, a company pension, optional private medical insurance, an employee wellbeing package and a 3x salary death in service benefit. The job will be primarily based at the Morden office but equipment will be provided to support an agreed element of home working both during and after the pandemic.
