We have an incredible opportunity for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our team.

Do you have a passion for brands and experience in developing strategies and plans and executing campaigns that drive brand engagement and affinity?
Do you love storytelling and building a connection with customers who are as passionate about the brand as you are?
Do you have experience across the marketing mix, and a strong understanding of digital activation and content development for social and web?
Are you as comfortable with creative judgement as you are with interpreting data and analytics?
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, is self-motivated and prides themself on excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaign elements?
Can you build strong relationships through collaboration with both internal and external colleagues, to achieve our shared goals?
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering effective brand marketing activity and campaigns that drive brand affinity, supporter engagement and brand consideration. The good news is most people have heard of Help for Heroes. What you’ll be doing is helping to create the connection with our cause and ensuring Help for Heroes is relevant to people today.
You’ll be developing integrated marketing and channel plans for brand activity and campaigns, collaborating with the wider Marketing, PR and Comms teams and external agencies on this.
You’ll be mapping our brand content plans to drive engagement on our social channels.
You’ll develop strong briefs and work with our in-house team and external agencies to develop compelling creative and content for paid, owned and earned channels.
You’ll be setting clear KPIs, tracking performance against these and taking remedial action where needed.
You’ll line manage, support and develop a Brand Marketing Executive.
This is a role where brilliant collaboration with Marcomms colleagues, fundraising, recovery teams and others is going to really help drive success.
About the Team
You’ll be joining a team with a real mix of skills and experience. We’ve had a number of new starters this year, so you won’t be the only new person, and many who have been with the charity for 3 years or more.
