We have an incredible opportunity for a Fellowship Business Support Administrator to join our team on a 9-month Fixed Term Contract, part time for 21.75 hours per week. We can be flexible on the hours worked each week. This role will be fully remote/home-based.

Do you enjoy a challenge, and want to make a difference? Are you a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, who will be able to support an energetic team with administrative duties? The Sports, Activity and Fellowship Team are looking for a positive, flexible individual to support the smooth running of Fellowship Service. Are you professional, responsive to tasks and challenges, and willing to help meet the needs of our team and the veterans and family members we work with? If so, we would absolutely love to hear from you.
About the Role
Joining the ambitious Sport, Activity and Fellowship Team, you will work closely with the Fellowship Development Manager in providing administration support for veterans and families communications, as well as coordinating internal communications across the regional team. You will support the organisation of fellowship events and activities, meetings, and databases, and respond to generic information emails, and social media correspondence ensuring communications are passed on through the right channels. This is an exciting, fast-paced role, working across the whole team.
