We help people with their physical and mental health needs, and a range of welfare issues. Our support gives people the skills, confidence and knowledge to make a success of life after service.

About You

You will have significant experience and proven success across all aspects of partnerships (corporate, major donors and trusts and foundations) and experience across developing new sources of income leading us to develop a long term diversified and sustainable funding base.  You understand the key strategic elements of driving results, are great at building relationships across the Charity and externally, have a strategic mind set and know how to ensure your team thrives.  You’ll be able to implement strong systems and processes across the board to ensure we have a solid foundation to grow from.  An ambitious and motivated senior leader, adapt at working at pace, you’ll be excited by our challenge to lead change and grow our income significantly.

About the Role

Location: Remote with regular travel to London (weekly) and Salisbury.

This role is about leading a passionate and motivated team to grow and deliver significant income generating partnerships through building long term relationships. Its about building our funding base for the future by ensuring all sources of high value income are optimised and by utilising our expertise as a Charity to deliver long term partnerships that benefit our partners, our beneficiaries and society.  It’s about ensuring we are fit to deliver by making sure the foundations are in place and leading your team to deliver the ambition that we have in our three-year strategy. It’s a key leadership role within the Commercial Directorate and the Charity, representing us externally and shaping the delivery of our income strategy.  You’ll work closely with our Board of Trustees and our Recovery teams so building strong relationships is paramount.

About the Team

A key member of the Commercial / Fundraising Directorate, you will be joining an experienced senior team at the point of implementing our 3-year income strategy and will be fundamental in the delivery of that by shaping the partnerships offer.  We have ambitious plans.  You will lead a team of 15 experienced and motivated professionals that are all passionate about delivering effective income generation in order to make a difference and support our Veterans.
