About You
Are you a highly organised individual with strong administration skills? Do you have an ability to manage your own time and prioritise with minimal supervision, including being able to plan and manage project-based work? Do you also have previous supervisory or line management experience? In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team administrator so any previous line management experience would be useful.

About the Role
You will be the team’s point of reference for colleagues across the organisation, providing an effective triage support and a positive and professional ambassador on behalf of regional fundraising. In this role it will be important for you to build and maintain effective working relationships across the charity. This role represents the team on pan-charity projects and manages designated functional projects and therefore, you will be instrumental in achieving project success.
About the Team
