We have an incredible opportunity for a Regional Fundraising Coordinator & Project Officer.

Please see below for more information on what just might be your future role.

About You

Are you a highly organised individual with strong administration skills? Do you have an ability to manage your own time and prioritise with minimal supervision, including being able to plan and manage project-based work? Do you also have previous supervisory or line management experience? In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team administrator so any previous line management experience would be useful.

About the Role

You will be the team’s point of reference for colleagues across the organisation, providing an effective triage support and a positive and professional ambassador on behalf of regional fundraising. In this role it will be important for you to build and maintain effective working relationships across the charity. Working alongside the Head of Regional Fundraising and the Senior Managers you will take responsibility for ensuring the administrative and support functions of the regional fundraising team work effectively. In that capacity you will also provide effective and efficient support to a field-based fundraising team to facilitate delivery of the business plan.

This role represents the team on pan-charity projects and manages designated functional projects and therefore, you will be instrumental in achieving project success.

About the Team

Our Fundraising Managers are the ‘face’ of the charity in their areas, responsible for building strength and growing fundraised income within their local communities, through a range of supporter retention and acquisition activities.
