We have an incredible opportunity for a Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Team.

About you:

Are you a self-motivated individual who can work unsupervised but also as part of a team? Do you have the ability to be adaptable to the ever-changing needs of the Charity? This role requires you to focus on solution-based outcomes taking a pragmatic approach to risk management.

About the Team:

We are a small team focused on protecting the charity, its staff and beneficiaries. We provide excellent customer service and implement process improvements to meet the changing needs of the charity and regulatory requirements enabling effective and efficient delivery.

About the role:

You’ll have responsibility to embed, manage and improve Risk Management and Fraud Awareness.  You’ll do this by building relationships with key stakeholders across the charity, as well as working with our internal auditors, legal advisors and creating a strong external network in the sector to adopt best practices and meet our regulatory requirements.
