About You
Do you want to be part of a friendly, caring team and do you love talking to people on the phone?
Are you happy to work in a fast paced, busy and varied environment within a team of experienced advisors who are willing to try and help no matter what?
Do you have experience using Microsoft Office?
If the answer is ‘yes’ to these questions this could be the role for you!
About the Role
This is a very varied role within a busy Supporter Care Team. Dealing with customer service queries, registering fundraising events, ordering the relevant promotional items to optimise supporters fundraising and ordering Help for Heroes merchandise over the phone and dealing with order queries. This requires someone who can deal with a busy environment and can deal with ever changing enquiries that we receive over the phone and via email.
About the Team
The Supporter Care Team are a busy and friendly team who care passionately about the charity. The team love to keep busy and will always put the customer and supporter first. The team work in a positive, helpful, and friendly environment and take great pride in ensuring when the working day is done, they know they have delivered the best service they possibly can.
