Job Purpose

To coordinate and develop the JustGo system to ensure it runs to a successfully functioning level, building on the current design, installation and testing of the system.

Accountabilities

To support the Sports, Activity and Fellowship (SAF) offer, improve the veteran journey and be an embedded part of the veteran experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work with third-party programmers to troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other charity policies
  • Present ideas for service improvements
  • Support SAF staff with queries and deliver online training
  • Support all SAF staff with day-to-day processing
  • Report member figures and memberships as required by Head of Service
  • Build reports using Reports Manager for exporting out of JustGo
  • Post-action reporting
  • Work with Digital team to automate JustGo processes
  • Work with Digital team to transfer all JustGo automated emails into the DotDigital account
  • Full check of all events per area, maintain integrity and mission
  • Update and add fields to the system when required
  • Spot check regional folders in the DotDigital Image Library
  • Download beneficiary interests and share with managers
  • Provide updates to SAF team on faults and fixes
  • Manage development requests and timeframes
  • Monitor naming conventions and event setups
  • Manage potential DotDigital integration and troubleshoot reported faults and test fixes with Digital Team
  • Submit service desk tickets for site faults or development work

  • Software/digital background – Confident with new systems, software and digital platforms e.g accessibility

Degree in a relevant subject
