Heropreneurs – Marketing Manager

Home Based, 20 Hours per Week (limited travel required)

£30,000 Pro Rata Salary

This is a hands-on role, reporting to the CEO and responsible for the oversight, development and delivery of all Heropreneurs marketing activity. As part of a small and dynamic team, you will be involved in all aspects of our delivery, managing relationships with key partners and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and grow appropriately as a charity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Line management of part time Marketing and Events Coordinator.

  • Development and delivery of overall marketing strategy.

  • Support delivery of annual conference and awards.

  • Delivery of key marketing materials.

  • Management of small marketing budget. 

  • Work closely and manage relationships with key charity and commercial partners to identify opportunities for collaboration and profile growth.

  • Oversight and management of events calendar.

  • Host/chair virtual and physical events.

  • Manage and identify opportunities to raise funds.

  • Development and management of brand guidelines. 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in a Marketing Management position is essential.

  • CIM qualification or equivalent (desirable).

  • Physical and virtual event delivery experience. 

  • Excellent written communicator. 

  • Experience of managing relationships with senior-level key stakeholders.

  • Charity sector experience (desirable).

  • UK Armed Forces knowledge (desirable).
