£21,000 Pro Rata Salary
Due to internal promotion, we are pleased to advertise this integral role within Heropreneurs, acting as first point of contact for our beneficiaries and providing vital admin support to our core team. Reporting to the Marketing and Events Manager, you will be part of a small and dynamic team and involved in all aspects of our delivery.
Celebrating 13 years of delivery in 2022, Heropreneurs is the only UK military charity delivering philanthropic support through mentoring to entrepreneurs in the UK Armed Forces family. This year is one of growth and expansion for our charity as we seek to build our community and sustain our delivery in the long term.
Key Responsibilities

Mentoring programme administration including initial enquiries, appointment scheduling and tracking of relationships using MentorNet software.

Scheduling of all social media channels (currently Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram) using content management software.

Website updates.

Population of quarterly newsletter.

Virtual event support: creation of Eventbrite and Zoom events, attendee management and collation of feedback.

Periodically capture feedback from event attendees and beneficiaries.

Respond to enquiries made via social media and our website.

Provide general admin support for the Heropreneurs Conference and Awards.

Quarterly Board meeting minutes.

Attendance at some physical events may be required (to be agreed in advance).
Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communicator.

Highly organised.

Experience using social media scheduling software.

A highly motivated self-starter and problem solver.

Charity sector experience (desirable).

Knowledge of UK Armed Forces (desirable).
