Highground – Operations Manager


HighGround is delighted to advertise for the post of Operations Manager.

We are looking for a well organised, self-motivated, team player to provide to support the executive team as the Charity enters its second decade. This advertisement is similar to that first published in July 2023.  However, interested candidates should note that, since the first assessment and down selection of candidates, our Charity structure has changed. We have been fortunate to secure the services of a new Chief Executive, consequently the job requirements for this Ops Manager post have altered. The Chief Executive will be line manager for this role and will be closely involved in this selection process.
