Naval Families Federation – Immigration Support Officer

This homebased role supports Immigration Advisers with casework, coordinates appointments and correspondence, manages accurate and secure data recording, and contributes to meaningful insights by analysing visa and immigration trends. The post-holder will also help create relevant communications content, maintain the immigration section of the NFF website, and support engagement events by representing the organisation and gathering feedback. This is a varied, people-focused role ideal for someone organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting Naval families.

Location: Home Based with occasional UK travel.
Contract: Fixed Term – 3-year contract
Hours: Part Time, 30 hours – worked flexibly between our core hours – 0900 – 1700 Monday – Thursday and 0900 – 1300 Friday.
Annual Leave: 30 days paid leave pro rata and an additional 3 days for Christmas closure.
Reports to: Head of Immigration Support Services
Salary and additional benefits: £26,470 FTE Includes pension contributions of 5% after 3-months employment.

This role is subject to a successful DBS check and UK Security Vetting Clearance.
