About the job
Our Regional Casework Administrators (CA) play a vital role in our welfare teams by acting as a first point of contact to triage all enquiries and requests which may require further investigation and support from our team of Casework Officers and volunteers. Casework Administrators are often the first person a beneficiary speaks to when request our help. As well as a broad range of day-to-day administrative tasks, the post holder is instrumental in the timely processing of beneficiaries’ applications to ensure there is no delay in providing assistance. The CA will be responsible for dealing with general telephone enquiries and correspondence and accurately updating the CMS data base. General secretarial support will be required in arranging meetings and minute taking along with other duties commensurate with this level of post as required by Casework Manager.
