The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is the RAF’s leading welfare charity, and facilitates the provision of help and support for ex-RAF personnel and their eligible dependants who are in need of assistance. The Respite and Care Team provides assistance associated with residential and domiciliary care and equipment (including electronically powered mobility vehicles (EPVs) and wheelchairs) to maintain independent living. They also support beneficiaries to access holidays suited to their needs through our Serving Breaks and Disabled Holiday Trust schemes.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our fast-paced team. The role of the Respite and Care Admin Assistant is to provide admin support for the Fund’s national respite service, providing administrative support to the Respite and Care Team with a particular focus on the review of the Fund’s Disabled Holiday Trust (DHT).

This requires navigation of the CARE system (IT platform) and accurate inputting and extracting of data, responding to enquiries, surveying beneficiaries as well as other administrative tasks required.
