We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to lead the effective management of our welfare services across the RBVE Village in Aylesford.
This key role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality, robust welfare support to veterans, their families, and dependents, helping them to overcome complex needs and transition confidently toward sustainable independent living when appropriate.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive welfare framework that promotes safe, empathetic, and person centred support, while ensuring staff are appropriately skilled, supervised, and able to work safely.
A crucial part of the role will involve building and maintaining strong partnerships with external agencies, enabling enhanced support pathways and ensuring the holistic needs of veterans are met.
