***THIS JOB VACANCY HAS NOW CLOSED***
RNRMC is looking to recruit a Grants Support Officer to join the Grants team.
Our charity exists to provide a lifetime of support to the men and women of the Naval Service and their immediate families wherever and whenever they are in need. We take great pride in being responsive and in making a difference at a critical point in people’s lives. This is a new role for the charity that will be situated within our busy grants department. We are looking for someone to be the first point of contact with the charity, drawing upon your experience of income maximisation, welfare rights and accessing funding for beneficiaries. Your role will also support the team to research emerging trends in need, collate information and review data from partner organisations funded by the charity.
You will need to be able to quickly assimilate information to understand the enquiry and provide an informed and supportive response. You will have experience of providing front line advice, including supporting those who are vulnerable, distressed or with challenging behaviour.
