The RAF Association has a great opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our national charity’s Marketing and Communications Team. You’ll take the reins and manage all the digital marketing activity, helping us to really grow and develop online.
The job is very varied – with the support of a Digital Marketing Officer (who you will recruit) and your suppliers, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering our online strategy. You’ll manage everything from our websites to email marketing, PPC, SEO and social media.
Working with key stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll plan and create digital content and campaigns. One of the Association’s goals is to become the go-to digital information hub for all members of the RAF family. You will be the online voice of the Association, shaping our communication, brand and reputation and telling the stories of our members, beneficiaries and branches in video, words and images. Our 400 independent branches may also need your support from time to time.
To do this role, you need to have a degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing. You will have previously created a digital marketing strategy and implemented online campaigns. We expect you will understand all about transforming the usability of a website and you’ll know Google Adwords inside out. You will also have some design skills, staff management experience and knowledge of the law surrounding digital marketing.
