The Royal Air Forces Association is the charity that supports the RAF family. From an injured airman fighting to get back on his feet, to a child missing a parent working away from home, to a WWII veteran in need of companionship, the Association is there.

We are looking for a Legacy and Remembrance Manager to provide Maternity Cover for up to 12 months, to plan, manage and implement legacy marketing and In Memoriam activity, to recruit and retain legacy pledgers and In Memoriam supporters and maximise future income from this source of funding. The Legacy and Remembrance Manager will also develop new products associated with legacies and remembrance.

The ideal candidate will have a CIM Diploma or previous equivalent experience, at least three years of managing a legacy marketing programme, experience of planning and executing a Legacy and Remembrance strategy delivering results in the region of c£5m. In addition to this, the ideal candidate will also have good oral and written communication skills and be able to deal appropriately and sensitively with distressed and upset people.
