The Royal Air Forces Association – Marketing Manager

We’ve got a great opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager to join our national charity’s Marketing and Communications Team.

The job is very varied – with the support of a Marketing Assistant, the Marketing Manager is responsible for creating the Association’s overarching marketing schedule, ensuring deconfliction and harmonisation.

With input from the digital, PR and publication managers, you’ll plan and report on marketing campaigns; setting clear objectives, timescales and measurables. You’ll also commission, manage and monitor all printed marketing collateral and offline advertising (using external contractors as appropriate) to ensure that objectives are met. In addition to this, the Marketing Manager will act as the Association’s brand guardian, ensuring all materials produced follow brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will be educated to relevant degree level or have equivalent experience. They will have demonstrable success at a similar level, have a practical understanding of marketing and experience of developing and managing plans in pursuit of marketing objectives.
