We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Play Leader to support our very popular Out of School Club. If you love getting children involved in meaningful and rewarding activities then this job is 100% for you! You will hold a minimum Level 3 Play Work (or Early Years) qualification and ideally have leadership experience to lead and manage the day to day running of the Out Of School Club setting. You will be full of creative and inspiring ideas to stimulate good quality play activities within a safe and caring environment for children aged 4-11 years old before and after school hours.

You will support the nursery management team to manage children’s bookings and registers, and staff rotas, ensuring the effective deployment of staff throughout the session. Previous experience of staff supervisions and appraisals would be desirable although training will be provided. Excellent verbal and written skills are integral to this role to develop meaningful relationships with the children, staff and parents.

Following a successful interview and conditional job offer, you will receive friendly one to one support with an HR advisor who will personally guide you through the new starter on boarding process.
