Calling all entrepreneurs! A fantastic opportunity to run and expand a charity retail business is being offered by RAFATRAD Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the RAF Association (the charity that supports the RAF family). We are looking for an experienced Retail and E-Commerce Manager to lead our retail activities in Leicester. 

Retail and E-Commerce Manager – the job

The Retail and E-Commerce Manager will manage all aspects of RAFATRAD’s retail activities, including strategy/planning, stock purchase/management, sales (currently catalogue, web and telephone-based) and our new warehouse facility, which also provides storage and fulfilment services for our parent charity. You’ll grow our profit and customer base, while maintaining the very highest safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

You will have an entrepreneurial, creative approach, with proven success in delivering retail growth. You will have at least five years’ experience of retail management, preferably within an SME, and you will have a passion for performance analysis. Hands-on e-commerce experience is essential, as is strategic planning and budget management. You will have created new product lines, been involved in cross-channel marketing and managed fulfilment. You will have excellent people management skills, whether customers, suppliers or staff.
