The Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with previous experience in a busy office environment. You will support the Care Services Management Team by arranging appointments and booking of associated meeting rooms, travel and accommodation, including larger events that extend to both internal and external stakeholders. In support of the Project Support Co-ordinator, you will assist in the collection of statistical data and its review, in preparation for Senior Management Team meetings and other projects.
You will ideally have experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel and will manage IT generated purchase orders and process invoices for payment, as well as maintaining a shared computer drive.
