The Royal British Legion’s HR/Learning and Development departments have recently been through a review and restructure to ensure that we are well placed to support the Legion’s 5 years strategy.

This is an exciting time to join the Legion as our culture is being developed to shape and deliver a 5 year organisational strategy culminating in our centenary year in 2021.

The Learning and Development Administrator will play an integral role in supporting the team provide a full and comprehensive Learning and Development service covering all areas of the organisation. This is a great opportunity to work for the nation’s custodians of Remembrance, offering effective and efficient administrative support as the team support key business areas in achieving their strategic goals, develop our people, deliver learning interventions and drive organisation-wide projects.

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this is a new role which has been created to enable the Learning and Development function to operate as smoothly as possible as we deliver our service.

Educated to a good standard of general education, you will have demonstrable experience at providing administrative/ secretarial support and an understanding of how Learning and Development functions operate in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally we require the successful post holder to work over 3 days per week however please state in your application your preferred working pattern.
