The Royal British Legion – Regional Events Manager (South)


We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Regional Event Manager to manage a wide range of events in the south west of England. This is a new post but it will be part of a growing team with aspirations of increased income and support over the next few years. You will have substantial experience of planning, promoting and delivering fundraising events to a wide range of audiences, excellent communication and organisational skills, creativity, self motivation and be results driven and used to achieving financial targets in line with the Regional Fundraising strategy. You will also need to have the ability to maintain accurate financial records. The successful candidate will build strong cross- departmental relationships and show strong leadership skills to drive these events on a regional basis while also working with key internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally you will have experience working with charity mass participation events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high profile events and project management experience.
