The Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator is accountable to the Chief Executive and will be responsible for the following duties.

Working with Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator 1:

  • To identify beneficiaries whose needs are greater than the provision of monies (to relieve the effects of poverty) and compile a holistic beneficiary support package
  • Provide support to Grants Administrators when required
  • To liaise with other military and non-military charities
  • To promote the Values and ethos of RNBT in all activities

Skills Experience and Personal Qualities

The person holding the position of Beneficiary Support Co-ordinator should be able:

  • To act as a positive role model to staff
  • To develop positive and proactive relationships with colleagues
  • To develop positive and proactive relationships with external stakeholders
  • To adhere to RNBT’s values at all times
  • To undertake training to ensure professional development and awareness of current relevant issues
