We are seeking an exceptional Database Administrator (Gifts) to join our Fundraising team. Responsible to the Head of Supporter Services and Engagement, you will provide support in such as gift reconciliation, Direct Debit claims, Gift Aid claims, other data imports and maintaining the general upkeep of the Fundraising CRM (Raisers Edge) as well as supporting the Supporter Relations Lead with complete management of the Fundraising CRM.

We do this by offering grants to and working with, other organisations to deliver programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries. We work hard, engaging with supporters to help raise awareness and funds to deliver the outcomes required for today and tomorrow.

Experience and Background

You will have experience of working with a fundraising CRM (preferably Raiser’s Edge/ NXT) along with good working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Access, Planner, and good knowledge in running data quality reports and taking appropriate action to clean up data.

You will have a positive solutions-oriented approach, robust communication, and relationship-building skills to gain feedback and buy-in, be prepared to question current ways of working and provide solutions to improve and grow fundraising.

Hours of Work

Hours of work are 17.5 hours per week to be worked between Monday to Friday, specific working pattern to be discussed and agreed at interview. Hybrid working of 60% in office and 40% home-working is offered for this post.

Salary

The full time equivalent annual salary range for the post is between £ 23,029 and £31,157 per annum dependent upon experience. Actual pro-rata salary range is between £11,515 and £15,578, calculated on the hours of work per annum.
