A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Performance Manager – Impact & Evaluation at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Performance Manager to develop and manage the workstream of impact measurement and evaluation of SSAFA’s services. You will enable SSAFA to better prioritise its resources to meet beneficiaries’ needs and provide compelling evidence to support future fundraising initiatives.

Sitting within the Client Services department, this is a new standalone role with a remit to work across all departments. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who wishes to impact and develop the business.

Requirements

You will have relevant experience in evaluation or social research and have demonstrable experience of data analysis. Excellent communication and proven IT skills are essential to succeed in the role, as are highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to apply creative solutions to complex problems. You will be enthusiastic and passionate about creating a fundamental change within SSAFA.
