A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Regional Casework Manager in the West Midlands of England Region at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national Armed Forces charity.

About the role

Working as part a Regional Team, and with the support of the Regional Operational Support Manager, this exciting role will be to oversee delivery of the casework service across the West Midlands, by acting in conjunction with SSAFA colleagues, and in support of Branch Chairmen and volunteers in order to ensure a consistent, timely, quality service is provided to SSAFA beneficiaries.
