£22,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Fixed term contract for up to 12 months

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Volunteer Support Advisor in the Volunteer Services Team at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.

About the role

We are seeking a new member to join our team as a Volunteer Support Advisor to our national network of volunteers via telephone and email communication. The role is office based within a supportive, engaging and diverse environment where your expertise and customer service skills can really make a difference to our volunteers and the service that we provide to the ‘One SSAFA’ ethos.


To carry out this role successfully you will have good customer service skills and a calm and helpful nature. A knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Access and Excel is essential as is a good standard of attention to detail.
