An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Welfare Administrator in the RAF Personal Support & Social Work Service (South Region) at SSAFA, the UK’s oldest national tri-service military charity.

About the role

We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic administrator to join the South Team of our RAF Personal Support & Social Work Service. Based at RAF Benson in Oxfordshire, you will provide administrative support for a team stretching from Kent to Cornwall assisting in the delivery and promotion of the service.


To carry out this role successfully you will have . . .

  • GCSE C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Demonstrable administrative experience including accurate data entry
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Management Information Systems
  • The ability to establish strong relationships through excellent verbal and written communication skills
