Location: Based at Sir Oswald Stoll Mansions, 446 Fulham Road, London SW6 1DT and travelling to various locations.
Contract: Permanent
Hours of work: Full time, 35 hours per week
Salary from: £36,000 – £38,000 per annum
Stoll is the lead provider of housing and support services in the Veterans sector. Founded in 1917, Stoll has provided a sanctuary to help Veterans rebuild their lives for over one hundred years.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic manager to manage a Wellbeing team for vulnerable veterans, which is person-centred and focused on delivering specific outcomes around physical and emotional health, gaining confidence and being active in the community. Hours of work are full time, across locations, home working and off site.
You will have experience:
- Working with adults in a relevant setting e.g., mental health/older people/homelessness/ex-offenders.
- Experience/knowledge of the issues facing the ex-service community.
- Managing a team.
- Working in partnership with other agencies and building positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Managing health and safety, and risk assessments.
- Running groups.
- Reviewing, monitoring and evaluating outcomes in support service delivery.
