Location: Fulham, London, SW6 (travel to other West London and Hampshire sites)
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Salary: £55k – £60k per annum plus benefits (depending on experience)
The Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation is the leading provider of supported housing to vulnerable veterans providing affordable, high-quality housing and support services to enable vulnerable and disabled veterans to lead fulfilling, independent lives. With 287 properties in West London and Aldershot.
Stoll is entering into an exciting phase of our history with a proposed development of our largest site in Fulham. This presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated energetic finance professional to join our leadership team. Responsible for the overall performance of the Finance team, the successful candidate will take the lead for strategic and operational financial management, ensuring its long-term financial strength and viability plus make best use of the organisation’s resources and assets. As a member of a small leadership team, contribute to the development of strategic plans and vision and align these with service delivery and take responsibility along with executive colleagues for the wider activities of the organisation.
The successful candidate will be a professionally qualified accountant (eg. CIMA/ACCA) with substantial experience of leading and driving change within the charitable housing sector or equivalent. With strong commercial financial acumen, you will be solutions focused, with excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to challenge and influence in a supportive style.
