About the Festival
The Chelmsford & Mid-Essex Summer Beer & Cider Festival returns to Admirals Park from Tuesday 15 to Saturday 19 July 2025, marking 50 years of CAMRA in the region.
This much-loved community event features a wide selection of real ales, craft ciders, live music, and family-friendly activities – a fantastic way to enjoy the summer while supporting local causes.
Volunteer with Blesma at the Festival
We’re inviting enthusiastic volunteers to join Blesma’s team at the Chelmsford Beer & Cider Festival. Shifts are available throughout the week – you can choose the days and times that suit you best.
As a volunteer, you’ll be helping us raise vital funds to support limbless and injured veterans. Whether you’re assisting with bucket collections, selling merchandise, serving soft drinks, or running the Blesma stall, your time and energy will make a real difference.
Volunteers will receive:
- An official Blesma T-shirt
- A Volunteer Goodie Bag
- Food and Drink Tokens
Volunteering is open to anyone aged 16+. Those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
