The Alexander Duckham Memorial Schools Trust – Administrator/Clerk to the Trustees (part-time)

Renumeration: £45 – 50k pro rata 

We are a small charitable trust looking for a part-time clerk who can work independently.  We provide financial support to the children of members of the Royal Air Force.

The Clerk is the Trust’s sole member of staff and is responsible for conducting the day-to-day operations and administration of the Trust and providing advice to the Board of Trustees on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.

This role averages around 7 hours a week.

There is a requirement that emails, and phone calls are attended to on a daily basis as we may receive urgent applications for welfare assistance.  While the position is remote, the clerk is also expected to attend all Board and committee meetings some of which will be held in central London.
