Salary: circa £90,000 per annum
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week

The Poppy Factory is seeking a Chief Executive to lead our organisation and build upon our strong legacy of supporting veterans in the UK. We have a proud history dating back to 1922, and have helped thousands of veterans to find work and build new lives.
As Chief Executive, you’ll be responsible for setting and delivering our strategic objectives to ensure that our employment programmes and services continue to positively impact our clients, their families, and their communities. You’ll oversee the delivery of our employment services, as well as the production of Remembrance wreaths for the Royal British Legion and management of our Richmond property assets, as The Poppy Factory moves into its second century.
You’ll lead a team of engaged and motivated staff, and work closely with our Trustees, partners and stakeholders. You’ll be a visible and engaged leader, committed to building a culture of inclusion, empowerment, and continuous learning and development.
