The Poppy Factory – Individual Giving & Legacy Fundraiser

Part time: 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
Location: Richmond, London
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 pro rata

The Poppy Factory is seeking an Individual Giving & Legacy Fundraiser to work with the Director of Fundraising & Communications in development and implementation of a plan to deliver unrestricted income from regular and one-off donors and the development of a legacy fundraising programme in the medium term.

We know that many visitors to our Richmond factory are passionate about the veteran cause. We are looking to explore the most effective regular giving product for our charity and then to implement it in the first half of our 2022 centenary year.

You will also work with the communications team and external agencies if appropriate to develop all messaging, materials and promotional campaigns for these products.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of evaluating individual giving and legacy fundraising options, and of implementing individual giving in a small charity environment that is a market entrant. The successful candidate for this role will be able to apply a broad range of communication skills to influence, motivate and persuade a wide range of people to give on a regular basis.
