The price we pay for love

“As we grieve the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, many will be reminded of their own grieving for their loved ones.” – PTSD Resolution Chairman Colonel Tony Gauvain (Retired)

The PTSD Resolution Memorial Wall is a service for relatives to remember the fallen of the UK armed services who died without a known grave.

The charity launched the online memorial in 2020 for those wishing to remember – “and by doing so, to support the recovery of the mental health of Veterans and Reservists who have survived and also family members who may be affected.”

PTSD Resolution, Charity No. 1133188, provides therapy for the mental welfare of Forces’ Veterans, Reservists and their families. Treatment is free, effective and delivered promptly and locally through a network of 200 therapists nationwide, and also by phone and internet since the pandemic. Contact

Relatives of fallen veterans with no grave can submit details and an image by using the form on the PTSD Resolution website. There is no charge: visitors are invited to make a charitable contribution to the work of PTSD Resolution in providing free mental health therapy to traumatised Veterans, Reservists and their families.
