The Ripple Pond is a charity supporting adult family members of physically and psychologically injured British Armed Forces personnel and veterans.
Our services are about giving military family members;
· agency, choice, and a voice;
· empowering and connecting them to build their resilience; and
· improve their health and wellbeing.
As a Member Service Delivery Officer, you will combine compassion, with an ability and drive to work collaboratively.
You will be working alongside NHS Operation Courage Midlands and other organisations and charities to support Ripple Pond members to change and improve their own lives and the lives of their families.
If you have a desire to help people and have ‘oomph’, and you are willing to learn, or you have a wealth of skills and personal experience you would like to share, then we would love to hear from you.
The Armed Forces Community is a very broad and diverse community and as such, we welcome applications from the breadth of society.
We are keen to receive applications from people who have the energy and willingness to do this job but don’t necessarily have the experience or qualifications.
This post is for a fixed term of 12 months, although we do expect funding to continue.
