Why? Because those who served, deserve.

We have an opportunity for a proactive Volunteer Coordinator and Hub Administrator to join our dedicated team in the North East of England.

We’re looking for someone who has the skills and passion to make their mark on the region; driving relationships with companies, charities, local government, and other key stakeholders to build engagement with our OP-REGEN Volunteering programme. This role is internally and externally focused; you must have a passion for representing WWTW & our service users in the region. You will need to maintain a positive and friendly charity image by acting as the Volunteer Lead and first line of contact to visitors and service users/volunteers in person and via telephone and oversee Hub administration as directed. The OP-REGEN Volunteer Coordinator will develop opportunities for veterans to access mindfulness, wellbeing, cultural, art and sporting activities to improve their wellbeing and social inclusion.

If you’re someone who has a network in the region and thrives on the development of ex forces friendly stakeholder relationships, we would be keen to hear from you. Experience of having served or working with veterans is not a prerequisite however desirable, but an understanding of veteran issues will be crucial to fostering relevant relationships. There is a strong culture at WWTW; a solution focused, supportive, can-do attitude – it is essential to us that this ethos is maintained within all the regions.

In return we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, inclusive & friendly environment. In this role no two days are the same and every day will bring new challenges for you to get stuck into.

We are open to a hybrid homeworking / Hub working arrangement. You will administrate a large support Hub in North Shields.
