X-Forces Enterprise (XFE), the leading organisation supporting enterprise within the Armed Forces community, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Peters as its new Director of Strategy, with a focus on implementation, delivery, and strategic partnerships.
Adrian brings 18 years of distinguished military service combined with extensive experience in senior delivery roles within the Armed Forces charitable sector, and most recently as head of the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), the Ministry of Defence’s official resettlement support provider.
In his new role, Adrian will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to enhance entrepreneurship, self-employment, and business ownership opportunities for service leavers, veterans, reservists, and their families. His appointment reflects XFE’s commitment to developing enterprise pathways and supporting the economic independence of the Armed Forces community.
