Alabaré – Specialist Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger

As the Specialist Finance Officer – Purchase Ledger you will be responsible for the purchase ledger and ensure that all supplier payments are made accurately, in accordance with the appropriate timescales and within relevant payment terms. In addition, you will process staff expenses, record and reconcile the organisation’s credit card statements and be responsible for the submission of the quarterly VAT return. Reporting to the Director of Finance, HR and Central Services you will assist the Finance Department as necessary.

Hours – 37.5 hours per week (full time), Monday – Friday
Hourly rate – £15.02 rising to £15.86 after probation
Annual salary – £29,289.00 rising to £30,927.00 after probation
