An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Administrator to job share within the Association of Wrens and Women of the Royal Navy. As our Administrator, you will be providing support to the President, the Board of Trustees and our members. You will work closely with the existing Administrator to understand the role, the workload and the demands of the job.
About you
You will bring experience of working in a customer facing role, together with excellent Customer Service skills. You will need to be confident interacting with a wide variety of people, internal and external. Be good at building relationships and have an attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure is essential, as is being able to prioritise your workload.
Experience of working with a range of online systems and databases would be desired as well as being confident using social media. You will be required to have a flexible approach to work and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
What we can offer you
Your salary will be £24,375 pro rata per annum (£14,300) reviewed after 6 months We offer a generous holiday allowance, and access to a pension scheme. We select candidates on the basis of merit and ability, and we welcome applications from all candidates with an interest in the role.
