The Sloop Inn, Sloop Lane, Scaynes Hill RH17 7NP is hosting a fundraising Beer and Blues Festival in aid of “Building Heroes”, a military charity in West Sussex providing a unique programme enabling military veterans to achieve a rapid transition into employment in construction.
The Beer & Blues Festival is being held on Sunday 6 May 2018(day before May day Bank Holiday Monday) from 2.00pm until 10pm. Among the artistes and bands playing are
- Paul Burris
- Pete Bradbury Blues Band with Elaine Fear
- Sweet Loretta
- Sounds Syndicate
- Slight Return
- Cigarette Hearts
The Beer Festival will start on Saturday 5 May and will feature upto 20 different real ales over the 2 day period. There will be an all-day barbeque on the Sunday and the usual excellent restaurant facilities will continue to be available on both days.
As part of the fundraising there will a voluntary donation on the door.
