BFBS – Service Desk Technician


Are you passionate about technology and dedicated to delivering exceptional support? As part of our Service Delivery Team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the military and our employees by offering technical assistance for TV, radio, streaming, and IT services.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately logging incidents into our helpdesk, speaking to customers to handle requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of service requests. Operating a switching matrix you will form part of the transmission chain, ensuring that correct audio sources reach the desired destination. Your technical expertise will be vital in providing support for laptops, apps, mobiles, and recording studios.

We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, an enthusiasm for technology and media, who can solve problems with a positive attitude. At our network operations centre in Chalfont St Peter you will work shifts with the earliest start 6:00am and latest finish 8:00pm weekdays, as part of a small and dynamic multi-skilled team supporting and delivering services across the globe.
