BFBS – Training and Marketing Executive

Are you passionate about social media, and training professionals in the latest communication and marketing trends?

As a social media and marketing pro, you’ll be just as happy creating content for our socials, as you are delivering social media training to comms and marketing government communicators.

Our Award-winning commercial training team within BFBS Academy, focuses on upskilling military and Government clients in strategic communications, smartphone and Canva content creation and social media best practices.

With elements of both social media content creation and management, as well as planning and delivering training courses, this role offers flexibility and variety – no two days will be the same!

Your success will be measured by a few factors including delegate feedback from the courses you deliver, the creation of engaging course materials, to winning us new leads, primarily from the MOD and Armed Forces, and increasing our reach.

You’ll have the freedom to unleash your creativity and shape our Academy’s client engagement and marketing strategy. You’ll work with our social media team to plan and produce content for our social media channels and website. And you will work closely with the Academy team to maximise client satisfaction with the courses you plan and deliver, along with the identification of future training opportunities.
