Blesma proudly took part in the VE Day 80 Commemoration Event held in Chelmsford city centre on Monday 5 May. Organised by Chelmsford For You, the free, family-friendly event marked 80 years since Victory in Europe Day, celebrating the city’s rich World War II history.
As part of the event, Blesma ran a stall and carried out a bucket collection, helping raise awareness of its work supporting limbless and injured veterans. The event provided a meaningful opportunity to engage with the public and honour the legacy of those who served.
