Blind Veterans UK is the national charity helping vision impaired ex-Service men and women lead independent and fulfilling lives. We offer blind veterans access to the highest quality of services to help them discover life beyond sight loss.
The number of veterans we help is increasing rapidly as we implement our overall strategy to embed a national footprint and take our exceptional services to the beneficiary.
The role of the Senior Manager Supporter Retention & Development is to develop, grow and manage Blind Veterans UK supporter retention and development programme, by retaining and growing our supporters who yield the best lifetime value. This includes lifetime and legacy gifts whilst developing and implementing effective retention strategies and supporter contact activities across cash giving, in-memoriam, committed regular giving, weekly lottery and raffle.
We are looking for an experienced professional to direct and deliver our supporter retention and development programme nationally and regionally. You will have good strategic understanding, be financially astute, innovative and resourceful and will have management experience.
