Are you experienced in effective contract management? Are you able to oversee the provision of first class medical welfare to patients and families? Do you enjoy having a positive impact on the delivery of welfare services? If so, then why not explore this exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to oversee the Northern division of DMWS.

We are looking for someone with effective leadership skills who can not only manage a team but also drive them to excel. The right candidate will have both commercial acumen and good financial management skills with experience in successfully managing and motivating a diverse team of remote workers.

In this role you will be responsible for developing DMWS services in your region, including growth of revenue, range and diversity of services, profitability and provision of innovative services, in line with our vision of helping people in their most critical hour of need. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to achieve organisational growth and objectives whilst ensuring your team have clear objectives aligned to the overarching goals and mission of DMWS.
